Cat Rescue
Rapid Systems donates services to the Big Cat Rescue. The Big Cat
Rescue is a charitible organization in Tampa, FL that takes in abandoned,
neglected and abused cats. Here is what they have to say about our
services;
"Some months ago, one of our computer savvy volunteers, Tony
Camp, was talking with Dustin Jurman, the President of DSL provider
Rapid Systems Corporation, about Big Cat Rescue. Dustin, it turned out,
had previously visited the sanctuary and indicated an interested in
helping. We had no idea at the time how much of an understatement this
was! Over the past few months, Rapidsys has donated thousands of dollars
of labor to bring our previously primitive computer and Internet
capabilities into the 21st century.
First, they completely networked our gift shop and offices.
This is in a 1950's building with almost
impenetrable walls and no access to the attic to run wires, so lines
had to be routed outside and back into the building. After hooking us
to their incredibly reliable DSL service, they helped us not only
network our new donor tracking software, but also set it up to allow
our volunteers who do data entry to access the system from home. And
when we needed to add a second Point of Sale terminal in the gift shop
due to increasing volume there, their network let us do that
effortlessly. They set up our website to host email addresses for our
staff and volunteers that can be checked from anywhere.
And as for their DSL Internet service? It is incredible. It has been
far more reliable than our previous service, and has built into it
technology that prevents and removes hackers, virus's, Trojans and
worms so we do not have to manage that ourselves. And the customer
service has been superb (how often do you hear someone say that?). We
have received consistently rapid responses from very knowledgeable
people who speak American versus the gibberish the outsourcing
companies claim is English.
Rapidsys provides Broadband services throughout most of Florida. Their
very specialized expertise in integrating internet access into a
company's network is provided primarily in the Tampa Bay area. If you
need Broadband, either wired or wireless, or want to maximize how your
internet access and network operate together, you cannot find better

Government Solutions
When President George W. Bush paid a visit to MacDill Air Force Base on
May 1st, 2007, AT&T Government Solutions relied on Rapid
Systems to provide a secure high bandwidth network quickly to provide
communications services to the White House Press staff. Here is what
they had to say;
